½  cup cocoa powder (try using dark chocolate cocoa powder for an intensely chocolate experience)
½  cup granulated sugar
⅓  cup evaporated milk
1  teaspoon salt
1  cup whole milk, for serving

Method
In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, evaporated milk and salt. Store the hot cocoa in a glass jar with a lid. Making Whipped Cream at Home
Light as air and fluffy as clouds, whipped cream tops off our favorite pies, cakes, shakes and more. While store-bought whipped cream is convenient and delicious, if you have the time, nothing can match the creaminess of a homemade batch. With a few easy tips, you’ll be a pro at making homemade whipped cream — even if you’ve never tried before.

Tips for making homemade whipped cream:

  • Start by chilling your bowl and whisk or beaters

  • Make sure the heavy whipping cream is as cold as possible, too

  • Whip until soft peaks form into stiff peaks

  • Add vanilla extract for extra flavor

Don’t forget, whipped cream will double in size, so if you use 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, you’ll end up with 2 cups of whipped cream. Enjoy!
