Greek Yogurt Jalapeño Ranch

Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup milk
1½ teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon white pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons jalapeño, finely chopped
2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
Method
In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to mingle.
