Broccoli Cheddar Crockpot Mac 'n Cheese

Ingredients

1-pound box elbow macaroni
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups colby jack cheese, shredded
4 ounces cream cheese
5 cups whole milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Chopped parsley, for topping (optional)

Method
Stir together all ingredients, except parsley, in a slow cooker to combine. Cook on high heat for 2 hours before stirring every 15 minutes until noodles are tender. Top with parsley and serve.
