Start to finish: 30 minutes
Makes: 6 cake pops

Ingredients
1 slice leftover chocolate cake (we suggest this Not Your Grandma’s Chocolate Cake)
12 ounces chocolate-flavored almond bark

Method
In a bowl, use a fork to mash together leftover chocolate cake slice, including frosting, until fully combined and the mixture sticks together when pressed.

Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, measure spoonfuls and roll into balls. Place on prepared sheet and put lollipop sticks into the center of each ball.

Put into the freezer to slightly set, about 10 minutes.

Melt almond bark in the microwave according to the package instructions, stirring frequently.

Remove balls from freezer and dip each one into almond bark and then replace on the baking sheet. Place back into freezer until set, about 10–15 minutes.

Store cake pops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
