Creamy Herb Quiche
Start to finish: 50 minutes

Ingredients
1 deep dish pie crust, frozen
2 ounces cream cheese, diced
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons dill, chopped
2 tablespoons basil, chopped
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
6 eggs
¾ cup half and half
Salt and pepper, to taste 

Method
Heat oven to 350 F.

Sprinkle cream cheese, feta cheese and herbs on bottom of crust.

Beat together eggs, half and half, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into crust over herbs and cheese.

Bake your creamy herb quiche for 40–45 minutes, until set.
