Ingredients
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups granulated sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
¼ cup crushed peppermints
Method
Layer in a jar in order of ingredients listed. Package with preparation instructions.
Preparation instructions
Makes 24 cookies. To prepare, set white chocolate chips and peppermints aside. Heat oven to 350 F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Beat together 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter, 1 egg and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract until creamy. Add in remaining jar ingredients to combine. Mix in chocolate chips and crushed peppermints. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are slightly browned. Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
